1.Discovery and Proposal

Understanding and streamlining complex, high-functioning production and warehouse operations requires attention to a host of separate and often conflicting issues.

2.Planning

Create documentation listing all points monitored and controlled, materials and services supplied, and a specification for control strategies.

3.Implementation and Installation

Subcontractor coordination is a big factor during the Implementation and Installation stage (three to four weeks in duration) – both in giving them design specifications of the system components (sensors, field wiring and cabling, control and monitoring points, etc.) and in supporting their installation work.

4.Commissioning

This phase typically takes four or five days. Before we leave your plant, your staff will know how to run the system and how to maintain and troubleshoot the equipment.
