  • Extended service contracts available

For secure access, we will issue you a code to download/transmit information to a secure site where we can share, analyze, and review your problems and offer diagnostic solutions. Off-site diagnostic reviews include post-startup setpoint and system operation review to ensure you’re running at the optimal levels.

Performance Assurance - We are in this Together

We perform energy efficiency analyses to review power consumption in relation to operating parameters, and we provide ongoing technical support, including consultation with you about the use of Logix software’s reporting and analysis features.
