Manages post-prototype life cycle by: refining product design through market research; creating and deploying marketing and branding strategies; measuring and reporting product acceptance and profitability; developing product documentation; providing ongoing technical support.
Manages the control system design and manufacturing process from design document creation to post-installation customer support, in coordination with the Quality Control & Technical Support Manager. Primary duties involve software programming and development. Participates in systems production management and application programming.
Commissions new Logix controls systems, installs upgrades and enhancements to existing systems, provides onsite customer training and in-house technical telephone support.
